Laura, Dora, Zora, Ora, Laurie. These make sense, and I've stopped bothering to correct them.

Arnell. This one is very recent, but has been popping up reliably since I got married and changed my last name.

Celeste, Dorothy. These two were extremely regular back when I was using my maiden name. Now, not so much.
