Its almost as good as the lusers who call us with computer problems when they are not simply on the road, but driving... as if we can wave a wand or push a button and fix it by the time they use their computers again.

Oh, yup, and I got a call just this morning, "Why wasn't I able to login to my email at the training center?"
"Was there an error?"
"I don't know."
Um, then I don't know either.

about 30 percent of my calls today were from people: Calling to troubleshoot a phone... on the phone. Calling to troubleshoot a device they were not in possestion of. Or calling to do something that takes some time while having a near-dead battery. yesterday it was just shy of 50 percent.
