First call of the day consists of:

1 lady that installed Chinese Windows and doesn't speak English.
1 man that speaks English, can't read Chinese and speaks Chinese a little.
1 driver that needs to be installed.
1 very frustrated tech.

90 minutes later, the driver is installed and all is working....for something that normally takes 5 minutes.

they should add in to the terms of service that tech support only supports people who are at least minimally fluent with english, and to please put the 9 year old in the background who speaks clear english and is feverishly giving instructions on the phone.

that's why i make the non-english speakers [or unless they speak french as i do] send in the email support request and I use systrans online to translate. Works beautifully, even if a little does get lost in the translation.

:) This is the best kick ass week eva. EVA! Who knew being 27 would be so much fun?!
