Followup to yesterday's shitstorm (refer to This Goes Beyond OMGWTFBBQ, etc.)

It seems to have calmed down.  The issue, for the most part, seems to be resolved.

We, however, are still bleeding from various bodily orifices, and our Give-a-Fsck-o-meters are pegged squarely at 0.

We took over 550 calls yesterday, made over 650 outgoing calls on our shift alone.  By comparison, 2 months previously, we took 267 calls and made 227 outgoing. 

I have rarely seen such a compunded MCF before.  Hope I never do again...

Oh man. It sounds like the days my SO has come home recently... He works at Delta and does reservations. With Dennis going through, it was insane.

No one here will EVER admit to such a thing, lest we tempt The Fates to do it to us again! However, we did have a good time venting about it after the day was over.
