I deal with Americans, which as most people know is attractive to immigrants because as bad as parts of the USA are it's still a better place then many other parts of the world. So I take alot of calls

One of our call centers is in India and thus is staffed with Indians who have indian accents.

Today I get a crazy Chinese (I'm assuming here) lady who barely speaks english and she starts yelling at me about the previous agen who was Indian. Apparently he couldn't understand her and she couldn't understand me. What she tells me (in very heavily accented broken english) is that we should only hire people that speak english. o_O I wish I could only deal with customers that speak english.

I don't mind the people from Alabama Mississppi as much as the people that speak ebonics.
