Our client (a very large company) just sent out a corporation-wide email that requested the starfish click the "yes" or "no" buttons in the message to either continue or discontinue receiving certain types of email.
We at the help desk are keeping a running count of how many of our lusers instead type out YES or NO and hit reply all.
We're also eagerly (ha!) awaiting the inevitable flurry of "my email is slow!" calls.
