From my laptop here in the support center....Remote Desktop into a PC external to Our Firewall....Open up a virtual PC session on external PC.....IN the Virt PC Session...open up a Cisco VPN Connection to Clients network....*Then* start PC Anywhere session on the Virt PC to remote server requiring support...
