techrecovery...please take his head out of his rear and realize that spewing a bunch of technojargon onto the status message will not stop five thousand users with that EXACT PROBLEM staying on the line anyway because they couldn't decipher what was being talked about.
How frickin' hard is it to put up a message saying "If you are getting the error 'blah blah blah' in system X, please hang up, wait 15 minutes, and try system X again" ?
