I still get people who leave their company's main number, and their first name. So I call back and get their automated greeting "if you know your party's extension, you may dial it at any time. To access a company directory by LAST NAME, press..."
That's about as useful as a needleless compass in the middle of a pathless forest on an overcast day. Maybe I'll just start with the As and work my way down the list, it's just as good as walking in a random direction and hoping to find civilization right?
