After emailing this guy back and fourth all day yesterday trying to get him to find the settings button (which has a hammer icon on it) in his software, he emails me saying that he can't find it... it's not that hard... i explained to him it's on the left and there are only three buttons there, it's the bottom of the three...

he emails me after hours (see: gone home and installing tiger) and says he can't find it. then 10 minutes later he emails me this...

I’m getting pissed off. I left a message on you support line two days ago. No call back. That was after the phone kept me on hold for 20 minutes. Why can’t you guys handle support for your users. I’m pissed. Ordered (insert inferior competitor here) today. I’m pissed off.


i think he might be pissed off, i dunno though...

i'm not planning on responding to him, or forwarding it to anyone other than colleagues for a good laugh.
