Seriously, Boss has forced me to use word (blach!) as my email editor. I still have outlook change everything to plain text, though.
Bosses are just plain stupid sometimes.

Once dealt with a luser who typed an entire six-paragraph email in the CC field. That's an awful lotta bounce messages there.
