OMFG! Someone please shoot me now! I am on the phone with the King of the Starfish, setting up his replacement computer remotely.

I literally have to repeat each step several times. And don't combine steps (like "Please Right click on the icon and select 'Launch'") because that wil just confuse him so badly that it just sets you back 10 minutes.

I need some serious drinking stuff. 18 year old single malt at a minimum. At least I have my Dell Digital DJ playing Kiss Alive I to keep me sane...
