So that last post I made about that FLAMING BITCH...she RETURNED!! Once I finished that last post....she called back and GOT ME!! At least she had a problem this time! BUT SHE WAS JUST AS BAD!! She argued with everything I asked her to do.

Finally I gave her the smack down! I said, "When you call technical support, you obviously need help. We have been trained to help you in the best way possible. If you are too scared to follow the directions I give you, then you need to discontinue your calling technical support. We are here to help you and if you don't want to follow those directions, you are wasting our time."
