Some days! UGH!

“I have 4 computers with a router, and 3 of them are working. I talked to the router company and they said everything is fine so they noted that it’s a internet service problem.”

My response: “Hmm, Ok. How do you figure?”

Customer: “Uh, uh…I don’t know.”

Got you, you stupid f*s! :)

Lazy. Pathetically lazy.

But not as bad as what we catch techs doing. LoadPowerProfile, UpdReg, and AudioHQ have been cited as being malware before - and then the techs sell them $200 worth of feebased support for a year to "fix" it. We catch them doing it and we refund the customers and send a nastygram back to their manager, but it's a problem.

Woah!

I guess they've never used a soundblaster.
