and am both kinda helpdesk/tech (the "computer guy"). there's an online ticket program with my dept, and the "consultants" will post a ticket on a thursday or friday morning about some random Windoze problem. Fortunately, I've set up an HfNetChk for sunday morning around 3AM *which includes a reboot after any updates*

Funny how I just resolve all those tickets Monday morning...
