It's amazing how many callers get angry if YOU can't fix THEIR computer that THEY broke through THEIR stupidity.
And it MUST be fixed NOW because it’s ALWAYS CRITICAL.
And if you can’t use you psychic ability to see what THEY done to brake THEIR computer and fix it in about 30 seconds you’re a dumb ass.

I work in an internet cafe. I see customers coming through the door, and I quickly, with my telekenetic ability, break the entire computer simply because I want them to have a bad day. Never mind that they INSIST on using hotmail, which is sooo fucked up that no, you may never be able to download your attatchment. Never mind that when you type a URL into the login box for yahoo or msn messengers as opposed to a program like a BROWSER, you actually can't get to the website. Never mind that no we don't have Photoshop/Corell Suite/whatever obscure or expensive program you want because if we paid licensing on all of those we'd have to charge you $200/hr to use a computer. It's not my fault your business partner ran off with all the money and equipment - I still don't have the EXACT model of printer you want to use to print your crappily done advertising work. Oh wait... yes, I made that printer disappear because I knew YOU were coming, so it is my fault after all!

At least I get to use my "whithering stare" frequently. I may have to deal with these dumbasses face to face, but that means they have to deal with me too!

usually the GPS Charts that my company makes will be fine, but the GPS unit will be the faulty unit.

But it's my fault that the OEM Machine is faulty, when we only make the charts that insert it into them... well for the marine industry anyways.
