Okay let me educate those people out there who have cable and no jack-sh*t about how the cable network works. I get people all the time asking me this question "Have you heard of this problem before today?" - Well lets see.. I work tech support.. so there's one reason I should hear of this problem daily I hmm.. yeah I work tech support so theres another reason. Thats probably one of the stupidest questions I hear simply because they try to be serious when they ask it and then they are surprised when I answer "Well, yeah I work tech support so its my job to get those complaints" - then they stay quiet like I just told them a damned riddle or some BS.

Good lord have mercy, take me out of this misery.

That's what I love about my job. Every few days I get to say "WTF? I've never heard of anything vaguely like that before."

Yeah sorry guys, I've been doing the same exact thing and dealing with exactly the same issues every day for the past two years. Think about this closely, the _same exact_ thing every day I'm at my wits end. This is a job that I think a monkey would love (because of the repetition, no ofense to anyone)
