Im on the phone with HP/Compaq support, and the lady (who obviously was not born in this country) asks me while troubleshooting if i "uninstalled and reinstalled the drivers".  now this is an ok question but for 2 things.  1) the issue is with the KEYBOARD and 2)not only a keyboard, but a LAPTOP.

"Drivers?", i say, "What drivers?'

"oh......nevermind, let me put you on hold for a moment"

I'm interested in what you would use to reinstall the drivers if you uninstalled the "keyboard".

"I'm typing, but nothing happens . . . I don't get it"

Heck, I might have played along.

"OK, I'll do that, hold on"
"well . . . I'm trying type 'yes' to reinstall the driver, but nothing happens . . . why did you tell me to do this?!"
