I work at a financial institution and most of my day is asnwering the help desk phone.

We use a product called TrackIt! by Ocean Blue Software.

Anyone else use it?

I use it at work, and HATE IT! It's always VERY slow and dies all the time.

Never used it myself but have heard not particularly good things about it from people who have.

We use assyst Enterprise from Axios Systems and I think its great (although I think we need to invest in a bigger server to run it 'cos its getting dreadfully slow even at off-peak times). The only other helpdesk/field service system I've used is ServicePower but only very briefly.
