Oh fuck, I hate it SO MUCH when they just e-mail a single sentence like that.
Or a BLANK e-mail with their question in the subject line.

Aparently we're not worth the extra minute it would have taken them to make a decent description of their problem.

haha. reminds me of a problem that was reported with my old college volunteer group... "i've got a problem" was what the kid said. *shakes head in dismay*
