A normal day: 9 folks working our queue
Today: 5 folks working our queue.

OK, it's good cause 3 of the 4 missing are in training, and training means they'll get better at closing their own calls - always a very good thing. The other is on vacation, that's OK too, cause it means she's less likely to have a meltdown and quit. However, it's going to be that way until Thursday.

I'm already at the point where I am getting incoming emails with data I've requested and I don't even recognize which call it is and have to go hunting through my obscenely long open call list.

My left eye is already starting to twitch. I see full on seizures by Wednesday afternoon.

Eep.

You *do* know the proper strategy to deal with this is to go on a Dunkin Donuts run at about 10 am and again at 3pm, so you can smoke up in the car?

What? You don't have Dunkin Donuts there, you say? How the hell do workers manage?
