Here's the easiest way to do that:

1. Take one blank DVD-R or DVD-RW.
2. Break into three sharp shards.
3. Bend over, and jam these shards straight up your ass while turning them in circles.

Once you're over the anal bleeding, ask this question in a community that actually deals with them.
