please help me to fix the computer as i cannot send email and it is very frustrating

Good luck to you, I don't understand this "e"-mail thing myself, just went through mandrill training yesterday.
I'm having a bad night, this nonsensical ranting is the best I can do.

Date: 2005-03-11 11:42 pm (UTC)Let me ask you a serious question. I may post this at large, come to think of it. What is your volume of emails per day (average) as opposed to phone, and do you have scheduled followup time off the phones, and if so how much?

Date: 2005-03-12 01:12 am (UTC)We receive maybe 500 emails a day, including sales, accounts and tech. I work grave shift, we do most of the emails. Obviously we take far more calls than we receive emails. There is an email team but that's mostly for accounts and they're bloody useless anyway. If we had an accounts-trained rep on grave we wouldn't need an email team at all..
P.S RightNow sucks balls. Why the fuck did they write it in Java ffs? Surely a simple database would work just as well without the shitty loading times and null object errors.
