At least he gave you an accurate phone #. I had one call today from a user that was mad nobody called him, and our work logs showed we'd made a number of attempts to reach him. It turned out the call-=back phone # he gave us was wrong. To be fair, it was likely a typo made by the person who recorded the number... but still.
