New to this community..

..but not new to support! I'm a long time lj'er and a 4 year software support tech. I really need somewhere to vent my anger about my company and the customers I deal with 8 hours a day, 5 days a week! I hope this is the right community! If not.. does anyone know of a community that's more geared towards venting or am I in the right place?

Well the forum info says "All Technical Support Representatives UNITE and tell your horror stories" so it sounds like you came to the right place.
You might also check the customers_suck community. it's very busy and there are some hilarious posts in there.
