Audio Mixing Question:

Does anyone know of a good audio mixing program (for mp3s) that will work with W98? I downloaded Vegas Video then found out it only works with W98SE and above...
Or is there an upgrade online I can get? The audio programs I have will only work with .wav files and frankly I don't have the time. I need to make several mix cds for this group I'm in and need to be able to mix the songs so it doesn't sound like I made it on a tape player(don't want to be able to hear the stops and starts, want it to switch to the next track naturally) or something. Anyone? Anyone? Bueller? Bueller?

there is a company (visiosonic) that makes a program called PC DJ nice stuff really they have a free version that yoiu can mix it all together from mp3's to a single file that can then be burned.

is basically a dual deck mp3 player with most of the toys you would see an a dual deck with mixer...
