Am I paranoid?
Jan. 28th, 2005 05:02 pmWhen a customer asks for your name again at the end of a call, I automatically think they're writing it down with the case number for later use in their fantasy lawsuit...could it be that they just want to thank me by name?

I never yelled or talked down to a tech and amazingly they treated me with the same respect i gave them... unless they were de-souled and de-motivated drones, then it's a monotone conversation all the way through.
