More disturbing is when I get a call from a guy. I state my name to him as part of the stardard greeting. He proceeds to ignore this somehow, and assume I am a girl... somehow. Then starts calling me "Honey" and "sweetie" and the like. Then at the end of the call trys to hit on me, and ask me for my name and number...

To which I inform him... again... of my MALE name (which he will try to twist into a female name somehow), and that I am MALE... and that I am not interested nor will give him my number.

Now that's fuckin messed up!
