After determining that his company's IT network is set up to disallow secure websites via their firewall, we advise him to either a) order from home, or b) take it up with his company's IT helpdesk.
His response? "What number would I call for that then?"
"For what?"
"My company's IT helpdesk?"
Well, erm... duh.
