It hurts to talk now...
I couldn't keep a straight face for the last caller - he was having trouble getting mail from his work account - with Smeg. Yes, I had to keep telling him there was something wrong with the Smeg server and to get in touch with Smeg to fix it.

Its like the ovens etc.. Every time I go to a friend's house and see that little 'smeg' insignia I sit and giggle at it for a while.
