Hello Support people,
I am afraid I do not understand when I will get broadband. You say its all
done but I still have to dial up. I was under the impression that something
needed to be installed into my computer is that correct? There is a parcel
awaiting me at the post office but I didn't think it was from you because my
idea of a modem would fit in my letter box! I have a large letter box.
From what date do I get charged for broadband? How to I ensure both our
computers are connected?
