I got plently of calls saying that the PC & monitor doesn't work. I turn up in the office, the plug was on the floor. I plugged it in and it works fine.

One of our janitors is pretty enthusiastic with the vacuum cleaner. She's knocked a few plugs and cables out of their sockets before, and we've had to replace cables that she sucked into her machine. When we log the fix, we now use 'vacuum damage' as a problem category.
