couldnt send email. stated he was using Outlook 2003 Pro, however what he was reading off didn't make any sense. 15 minutes into the call, he stated he was using Mozilla Thunderbird. Then asked if the email address had to be correct or would that cause errors. He fixed the email address, and it worked.
