Oh, I'm sorry Mr. WAN Administrator, I forgot, it's beneath you to do an IPCONFIG on a PC that you are helping a customer with and are standing in front of - that's right, come allllll the way back here to the tech support area and ask me to go to the user's desk to confirm their IP address for you and walk back to tell you it's the same address you have on file. Because that's way more efficient.

Wouldn't want to dirty your hands with such petty tasks, would you?
