Yes, I know you're a manager. And yes, I know that you used to be almighty god at your company. But my company bought yours, and therefore we get the sayso. You've dedicated your life to making things tough for the network folks and haven't shown much consideration for the rest of us, either. You hit me double with it, since I do security work too and you keep jacking with the securities on the servers. We even tried to be nice and put you into the network group, but you didn't want to play well, so you moved to a different group.
But you're not my boss. We don't need your suggestions on how best to do things on our helpdesk. And I certainly don't want to open the 34 almost identical ticket requests you just sent me. You have authority. Do it yourself.
