Like many of you, I have one user who is an absolute pain in my ..um...er....side. I've stopped answering the phone when she calls in the hopes that maybe just once she'll actually try to use her own brain to solve a problem. Here's the ways she's driving me nuts today:

Users sends e-mail: "I keep getting an error message when I use visio. Help"
I reply: "What is the error?"
She replies: "It is one of those where it gives you the option to send the error report to MSN"

Um, thanks, that really helps.
