My responsibility to you is from the Transport unit to the DSLAM and then to the DMARC and the CSU/DSU/CPE. There is no reason for me to remain on the line while you configure your CISCO. LAN ISSUES ARE NOT MY ISSUE. Your CISCO is configured incorrectly and isn't talking to the Paradyne. There are 4 calls in queue and and I've been talking to you for an hour and a half now.
Yes, we can send out a tech out, but that will cost you $300.00 when the problem is that YOUR V.35 cable is bad and you refused to change it while on the phone with me.
