I answer NO and nothing bad happens. I swear, if that dialog box said in big red letters, "By answering yes you agree to let us suck your computer down into the seventh level of Hell, kill your dog, burn down your house, take a shit in your car and rape you up the ass" you'd STILL CLICK YES because you DON'T CARE.

I guess you also failed to notice your computer has been nagging you NON STOP about how your antivirus is expired and your auto-updates are off.
