IF were talking about car fuckery, there's always sugar in the gas tank, but if the gas door locks or you don't want to ruin their car, a handful of fish meal (you can get it at any gardening supply store) tossed or blown into the front grille will make a fishy odor emanate from the vents of the car...

...permanently, or at least until they get a major overhaul of the ventilation system, meaning air filters, heater core, and A/C evaporator.
