It's so romantic that you want to just sit there and listen to me breathe instead of telling me when you finish what I told you to do.

Ok is it back up yet? Yes? Great put that dvd in.

ok, is the dvd in? yes? did the system lock up? ma'am? DID THE SYSTEM LOCK UP?
This is also the same woman that didn't have any other discs, then when I told her she'd have to call back when she had them, she mysteriously found her discs. She did this several times, until i finally confronted her with having to reinstall her OS, which she didn't have her Windows CD. That finally got her off the phone. Ugh.
