says she typed in something wrong. everytime I ask her a question to figure out what shy typed in wrong, for what, and where she tries to do it! i.e. asked if she has been able to get webpages, so she says let me try. but she is not connected right now. she has only one line. tried to explain I am just asking questions to determine what the problem is. she doesn't understand she will not have the same results when she is not connected. then she thinks she needs to call on her cell phone to do these things. told her i am just wondering what she was doing before that she thinks she has a problem. she says she is going to call on her cell phone. ok. then. this is what is says "the message can not be sent because one of the e-mails was rejected by server: insert email address" same message for "other email addres". this is the only problem she has had she says. checking OE account. she is reading the tools menu to me because she can't find accounts. she is in IE. asking her what she did when she got the problem. she doesn't know. ugh! she started from the beginning and we end up in Outlook. has no account. making one. hope this works. having her try it. outlook send/receive progress errors. task mailwctc.net receiving reported error. missing the DOT, I knew she was but I said it 5 times mail DOT wctc. oh well, going back to change it. also asking her to send a message to support to test if she can send. she doesn't know how. asked her how she wrote the messages the first time when she got the error message. she doesn't know of course. how did she get errors when sending if she doesn't know how to send a message???? this isn't the program she used. I told her to go to the email the same way she did when she got the error message. *pulling hair out* having her open OE to see if that looks right to her. YAY THIS is where she typed the something in wrong. recreate mail account here. *crosses fingers* will try this. it works. she has NO clue how to use the program now, but it is working. woo-hoo!
