OH! sir I get it by declaring this is a personal system you mean you want to be transferred to the pihllipines where our consumer laptop calls go thereby forfeiting the right to talk to me, a college educated technician who is only really supposed to work with systems that are bought through employee purchase programs in addition to large corporations and government agencies right?
