Software Support Specialist

Qualifications

BS Degree in related field, preferably: Computer Science, MIS, CIS or Math. Experience with DOS, Windows 9x, NT & 2000 applications. Excellent customer service and phone skills a plus. Energetic person with good personality that can excel in a challenging environment.

Job Description

• Provide professional technical support for customers using the File Magic / Fortis product suite.
• Support is done via telephone, fax, Email and the internet.
• Responsible for problem diagnosis, research and resolution of customer problems.
