I do not care that you disagree with my company's policies regardnig replacing equipment without performing the necessary troubleshooting steps such checking the physical connections. And no, I will not let you talk to my supervisor to question this policy.

Still, it was fun for me to hear this customer get infuriated(sp?) because I was standing by something that I said and refusing to budge on it...especially when the end result was the customer apologizing to me for being such an asshat.

I like giving my supervisor calls. I like to get the customer nice and pissed off first. Then again, my sup's subhuman and I enjoy torturing her.
