techrecoveryWe all know the familiar sappy story of the word "starfish" and it's relation to customer service. In this link:

HR departments like ours (well, not MINE, but in previous jobs) used this story as an example of being that starfish saving man to our customers. We call them starfish because like starfish, our customers have no central nervous system, a water-vascular system instead of a heart, and I'm pretty sure they digest solid food by expelling their stomachs.
Well, if customers are starfish then I am NOT that kind man but this animal:

The Harlequin Shrimp eats starfish exclusively, starting at the tip of the leg and ripping them apart until they reach the disc.
