So I spent the afternoon cleaning zifa.b off a PC. Why did the otherwise capable and computer-literate guy get infected? He gets lots of mail with attachments. He knows lots of Jennifers. So when "Jennifer" sent him an attachment, he figured it was a Jennifer he knew...
3 hours later, we have that tech-to-user talk...
"So clicking on something can be bad?"
Uh, yeah.
I love new viruses. I have some really interesting ways to punish the writers. I think when they're caught, they should let us techs at them.

I vote for putting them in a call center for 48 hours...straignt... Especially if it's at a major university on Freshman move-in weekend.
