Classic Macintosh Virtual Application

I am being lazy...and pressed for time. I figured I would ask here.... SOMEBODY has to have what I need.... I need it by tomorrow...but will happily accept it anytime after tomorrow.

I am in need of a Classic Macintosh Virtual Application. Preferably OS 8.1 or higher. I would love to have OS9. The entire OS doesn't have to be completely accessible. I mainly need the following accessible in the virtual-app.

Harddrive
System Folder
Preferences Folder
Extensions Folder
Apple Menu>Control Panels:
AppleTalk Control Panel
Extensions Manager
TCP/IP Control Panel

I want, but don't need:
Startup Disk Control Panel
