May. 19th, 2004 05:51 am- Think the poor accounts rep/desk at your ISP has it hard trying to explain the intriguing price structure across their dial-up and broadband ranges?
- Think management are getting pretty damn greedy imposing download caps and raking it in on excess data charges, on top of a contract period?
- Think us poor techsupport bitches have to troubleshoot a new flood of sub-standard DSL modems they're pitching for the deal?
