Dear remote user -

When I tell you that I can't make your software work because I haven't gotten the new license files that I applied for yet (along with the 30 or so other people who also applied for them), the correct response is "ok, cool, just let me know when you get them" Or "oh, ok, have xxxxxxxx given you an eta on them?". It is not "my colleague has the new version and can log in". Because you know what? He doesn't. I know he doesn't because I asked several of the admins at other locations if they'd gotten theirs yet and they haven't. You're both users and ergo will not know the difference between a new license file and an old one that hasn't expired yet. Being snotty and second guessing me won't make them give me the new software aaaaaaaany faster.
