Because size matters...

I work at $Webhosting_Datacenter
We have run out of stock on pretty much every last hard drive that we use... meaning that if a customer wants a 200 gig drive, they are either hosed, or we give them whatever drive we happen to have that is close to the requested size.
This is no issue for most clients, because all we have left are 1.5 and 2TB drives, and we usually sell either 500 or 1T drives in our boxen. So if you ordered a 200 gig machine you will likely get 1.5T instead, with no additional charge, because it is our screwup for not having stock... good deal, right?
We have #Customer that will piss and moan about ANYTHING... they want a 100meg port, but they only get 99meg speeds, that sort of thing...
Tonight they whined because on a recent order, they requested 2x 500 gig drives, and we gave them 2x 1.5T drives.
All I can ask is "Are you freaking kidding me?"
